millions of innocent people have had their lives ruined in divorce courts by shyster lawyers who take whichever spouse comes to them, corrupt or not. a shyster takes the job for the money and does everything she can to ruin the innocent party. innocent people lose everything, their money home car,custody of their children. they are often framed for crimes they did not commit and are imprisoned.

Well if you are a man and in a divorce case where there are custody issues you might want to consider placing a gun to your head and pulling the trigger it will prolly be a happier outcome for you. LOL Just kidding, well maybe not, your mileage may very especially if you have a sweet loving ex-wife who does not want everything you have including the right to sell your body parts LOL

All the Attorneys are LICENSED to practice law and BOARD-CERTIFIED in an area of law.
E.g. you can be certified in Family law or Criminal law.
Cute is nice but it don’t vut it. Old, crafty,experience and BRAINS beat “cute” anytime.

Most lawyers are not board certified in Texas. Take a look at this website and do a search. What you will find is very few in relation to the number of practicing attorneys in the state of texas which is near $80,000.

An “uncertified lawyer” in Texas is a general practice attorney who dabbles in all law and is not certified by the Board of Legal Specialization in a certain,recognized area of law.They also cost way more. I prefer a longtime practitioner who knows his way around the courthouse. THIS IS NOT LEGAL ADVICE!CONSULT AN ATTORNEY WHO IS LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW IN YOUR STATE FOR LEGAL ADVICE!

When parents cooperate in their divorce, the courts and CPS can’t get involved. It is YOUR choice to protect your family by not getting strangers (courts and lawyers) involved in the first place.
